Dragon OC : Eisa of the Sapphire

This is Eisa of the Sapphire, she is my first dragon OC inside the MLP universe.
She is an astral dragon, a special race of dragons that can use magic, but are physically weaker than other 2 races(earth dragon(that's spike) and air dragon(the other dragons from the show)) and her scales are as soft as a pony's skin. Unlike unicorns, they use their eyes for casting spells and their magic functions a bit differently. Their lifespan can go up to 4000 years(so do the lifespans of other dragons in my headcanon), but it takes them 25 years to grow from a newborn to an adult, where they maintain their adult form for multiple millenia.

Three things make Astral dragons distinct from other races:

1. When they become fatally ill, their body starts emitting glowing particles that look like stardust, hence their name.

2. Their bodies are constantly linked to their souls, so, when they die, their body completely turns into stardust and disappears.

3. If an astral dragon kills another astral dragon, he/she gets all of the victim's memories, their knowledge and skills; for example, if an X dragon kills a Y dragon who knows...let's say... an advanced telekinesis spell and all the theory surrounding it, X dragon will gain that skill and all the knowledge of the theoretical part.
