Parent OC: Pennywhistle Heartstrings

Guess I'll be making my fanon characters' parents now
this is Pennywhistle Heartstrings, Lyra Heartstrings' mom,had her design in my head ever since becoming a brony,but i decided to bring it to life after gaining enough experience in vectoring

As for the name,it's a funny story; 2 years ago, I was on vacation in Ireland and bought an Irish whistle(a flute-like instrument) and tried to learn to play(i gave up in a week, of course),but before that i did some research and discovered its other name was penny-whistle, immediately(that was before becoming a brony) i thought to my self: "Penny-whistle,Pennywhistle, probably some care bear or a my little pony character is called that. XD"
And would you believe it, nobody used that name yet. Some time in December, I've become a brony, wanted to make a fanon where Lyra was one of the main characters, but, instead of making her a lesbian/wannabe human(seriously,bronies,get some original ideas,you're getting annoying,lyra x bon bon is not cute, bon bon's colors are bland,her cutie mark is bland and her voices...okay,that's funny XD), I made her a member of a bard family (they keep their traditions to this day) and focused on her more as a musician. Without making my fanon just another boring shipping with my OC story, I decided to give Lyra a rich personality and to introduce her whole music-themed family. First I made her mother, her personality is one of those sweet, kind and protective mothers who sing lullabies to their kids every day(inspiration drawn from Mrs. Brisby, Secret of Nimh) and used to walk them to school even after they hit puberty. XD
She needed a name and then I saw my whistle gathering dust like every other souvenir I've ever bought and said to myself: "YES, PENNYWHISTLE!!!"
